Chip Conley is a renowned American hospitality entrepreneur, author, and strategic advisor. He founded Joie de Vivre Hospitality at the age of 26, which became the second largest boutique hotel brand in the world.
An advocate for emotional intelligence in business, Conley's innovative leadership approaches led him to become a strategic advisor for Airbnb, helping bridge the gap between the digital and traditional hospitality realms.
Author of several bestselling books, including "Peak: How Great Companies Get Their Mojo from Maslow", Conley is a thought-leader on company culture, leadership, and the modern age of hospitality.
Jonatan is Co-Founder of All Gravy, a Danish SAAS company focused on the retail and hospitality industries. He cut his teeth consulting Financial Institutions in London before realizing building companies and tech was much more exciting than spreadsheets and formatting slides.
Prior to founding All Gravy he has been working in startups, scaleups and on the venture side and enjoys a bit of angel investing on the side. He is a strong believer in lean startup methodology, customer-driven innovation and in the power of user research.
