7-Eleven Denmark has 184 stores and 3000 employees. Similar to most companies in the retail industry they were facing challenges with attracting and retaining employees.On top of this they faced difficulties getting people to take extra shifts, which would often lead to franchises having to cover when employees were ill.
The Solution
7-Eleven likes to be a first-mover and when they saw an innovative solution like the All Gravy platform, they decided to test it out.The financial wellbeing solution in particular fitted well with 7-Eleven's wish to take care of and educate their employees in financial literacy.They rolled out All Gravy in just 2 weeks across all locations.
The Result
A year after rolling out All Gravy, the impact on 7-Eleven was significant:On average employees took 23% more shifts than they did prior to the implementation of All Gravy, and employee churn was reduced by 19%Furthermore the employees were overall more satisfied, and some employees even mentioned All Gravy as the reason for joining 7-Eleven.
