The Problem
Sliders is a burger-chain with 2 locations in Copenhagen and 40 employees. Working in the restaurant industry is tough, you work with young people and it's usually their first job. Sliders was looking to find a way of communicating effectively with their employees without interfering with their personal lives, as well as a structured way of onboarding new employees in order to ensure consistent quality, higher employee engagement and ultimately make the workplace more attractive.
The Solution
Sliders invested in All Gravy to create a single place where employees could find all relevant information, communicate about work, and manage their personal finances (including earned wage access). They also build an onboarding programme within All Gravy to ensure everyone knew what was required to do their job.
The Result
After rolling out All Gravy communications have become a lot more professoinal and effective and the onboarding programme has become unified across their locations. Employees are logging into the app on average once a day and are frequently using the additional features like withdrawing salary.
